It’s a big weekend for rugby on TV and lacrosse in the theaters.
First off on Saturday at 8 a.m. MT, BYUtv will rebroadcast BYU’s win over Arkansas State in the national championship game in Rio Tinto Stadium on May 19.
“We are excited to bring the national championship match to the BYUtv audience for those who want to see it again or see it for the first time,” said BYUtv Sports Producer Jarom Jordan, “As soon as the team won the title we knew this was something we wanted to pursue. BYU rugby’s excellence is something Cougar fans will enjoy.”
The game will also be available on demand at BYUtv.com.
After that NBC Sports Network (formally Versus, which was formally OLN) will show live coverage of the Sevens Collegiate Championship at noon MT.
If that wasn’t enough rugby, you can catch the Division I Men’s Club Championship semifinals live online or tape delayed. The Belmont Shore-Metropolis semifinal match will be aired on Root Sports Rocky Mountain on Sunday at 8 a.m. MT.
